|Union Operations||Select Objective||As a result of their employment in the SU student will have the opportunity to develop and improve practical skills and Interpersonal skills||Through completion of in service trainings and monthly meetings with supervisors.||Students will develop and improve their practical work based skills and interpersonal skills as a result of their employment experience in the SU||The Employee Outcomes Survey will ask students to reflect on their work as an on-campus student employees and to rate their level of agreement to which their job helped them to develop these two skills using likert scale of strongly agree to disagree
