Measure: Improve staff understanding of student
development issues through increased and targeted programming. Targeted
participation will be 75%.
- Actively promote an inclusive campus environment
through:
- Increased staff diversity
- Programmatically promote student’s ability to
interact and develop relationships with those from different cultural
backgrounds
Measures: Increase the percentage of staff from under-represented groups by 3%. Develop pre and post tests.
- Utilize needs surveys, bench marking and outcome
assessment to prioritize and/or improve programs.
Measures: 100% of programs/offices implement the five
column model. 100 % of programs/offices demonstrate utilization of results of assessment data.
- Enhance outreach efforts with the Ogden community to assist students with making the
transition to WSU.
Measure: A plan with action steps and target goals is ready for implementation.
