2000-2001 Goals

Goals Summary Uses

1.
To obtain and maintain a full and part time staff.
We were able to increase our pay scale for our hourly employees. We had less employee turn over during the past year.

2. To upgrade and increase our audio visual inventory We were able to purchase and install new TV's, DVD and VCR players for all of our classrooms. We were able to better serve our customers and conference attendees through audio visual needs.

3. To upgrade and replace the lighting and sound systems in the ballroom (long term). Instead of utilizing old equipment, we were able to install a new state of the art sound system in the ballroom. We were better able to conveniently serve our customers needs.

4. To maintain a good open relationship with the programs and scheduling departments We were able to become better informed of upcoming events in the Shepherd Union Building. We were able to use less time and manpower hours in setting up for upcoming events.
