STUDENT AFFAIRS MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT GOAL RESULTS 2000-2001
1. The Microsoft Access program has been implemented for Work Orders and is currently in use.
2. Walk throughs are currently implemented twice a week to ensure that Marriott equipment is always functioning properly.
3. Student Affairs Maintenance is currently online with FRS to perform weekly interoffice billings for Art Services.
4. Frequency drives on fan systems have been installed and went online in November 2001.
5. Keystone 600 software has been implemented and is currently being used by our office.
6. The Video Wave software, and a digital camera have been obtained and are being used to record and log damages.
7. The Maintenance secretary has taken classes at the Applied Technology Center.
8. A Maintenance/Housing contract has been made readily available if questions arise.
9. All staff members have taken courses to keep their individual trade licenses current with the State of Utah.
10. Files have been created to track all jobs by outside contractors with a copy of specs included to ensure that Weber gets what it pays for and to avoid double billing.
11. The Facility Coordinator is currently a member of the Facilities Quality Management Team where all construction jobs on campus are briefed to the committee twice a month and info is given concerning Utility shutdowns and other areas that would affect the campus.
