MISSION STATEMENT

The Department of Information Technology in Student Affairs supports the personnel of Student Affairs with computer maintenance, upgrades, and advisement. This department employs two part-time student computer technicians who service and support campus-approved computer systems found within Student Affairs.

INPUT

Student Affairs Personnel with jobs and responsibilities that depend on computer performance and accessibility.

ENVIRONMENT

The Department of Information Technology of Student Affairs offers computer hardware and software support for campus-approved systems found within Student Affairs.

OUTCOME

The Student Affairs personnel benefit from our services by having their computer problems resolved in a quick and efficient manner by the technicians.

ASSESSMENT

Assessment will be measured by a survey presented to the end-user on the quality of service they received. The survey and its results will be evaluated to improve customer service and the technical support system.
