| Academic Support Services and Programs provides services for all WSU students in tutoring, testing, computers, copier and reserve material. | Drop-In-Tutoring allows students to see tutor(s) as needed. | Allows students to ask questions and
participate in discussions they may not feel comfortable doing in a
classroom or large group setting.
Tutor may help tutee with problem solving skills, that tutee can apply to everyday situations. |
Student successfully completes education.
Tutee evaluations. Tracking of students from Research Support Services. |
| Academic Testing. Students test in the centers when instructors choose to bring tests in. | Promotes flexibility.
Teaches self reliance and time management. Allows students to test in an environment conducive to testing. Allows more lecture time in classroom. |

| Computer Labs, open labs allow all WSU students to use computers for GroupWise and academic use. | Allows students to work on homework assignments in between classes as time permits. Offers a wide variety of software packages – GroupWise, Internet, Word Processing, School specifics. | Track amount of student usage with head counts.
