Goals/Outcomes
2000-2001

 

  • Complete internal audit process and implement recommendations as possible. Gain full understanding of cost of conferences and potential revenue.
 Audit portion is complete and achieved. The cost of each conference and potential revenue is ever changing; however, all basic costs have been pinpointed. Adjustments on potential revenue are reviewed monthly.
  • Review staffing structure of office, consider future collaborations with current Union services/operations.
 Team meetings are in process. Thoughts and ideas are being noted and refined for implementation by Fall 2001.
  • Develop fee structure that will promote phased goal of self-sufficiency.
 New structure is complete and will be implemented for the 2002 conference season.
