Introduce a new program entitled "Swim to Hawaii" by the end of Fall Semester 2000, in which patrons of the pool will be able to keep track of miles swam throughout the year. When total miles reached totals at least 3000, provide a special activity in which swimmers who have swum the farthest are honored.
